Easter Sets going on sale for 2025

The Easter sets will be available February thru  June in a limited quantity.

10 sets per month is my limit for right now. Several of you have told me of how you had the set in your cart only to be told that the set was sold out by the time you entered your credit card #.  WOW.  Send me an email if that happens to you.  These sets usually sell out within 5 minutes and I want you to have one. 

HINT FOR ORDERING: If you log in to our website while I'm at getting it ready, uploading the number of sets to  be sold, you may find that your browser beach ball or spinning circle may not let you complete the order.  But, if you login too late ..... you might be shut out.  Try logging in right after 9:00 AM (not 8:59) CST on the sale dates. 

HERE'S THE PLAN : All but 3 of the preorders are in the mail as 3/26.  

Dates and Times of future Easter sets available:

February 10  Monday 9:00 AM CST (Bama time)     20 sets (10 already completed sets and 10 pre sales)

March 31 Monday 9:00 AM CST (Bama time) 10 sets ( NOT guaranteed to be in your hands by Easter)

May 5th Monday 9:00 AM CST (Bama time) 10 sets 

June 2nd Monday 9:00 AM CST (Bama time)10 sets.

After taking 2 months off, The Nativity set will be available September thru December ....again ... if all goes according to plan.  I think the book of James kinda warns us about planning for tomorrow, aye?

October news. Just didn’t have the time to send this out in an official newsletter.

Some of you have not heard but Lil, my best friend and wife for 42 years, went to be with the Lord Oct 18th as we were gathered around her singing hymns. She fought breast cancer for 5 years, conquering it twice (naturally) before it finally spread to her liver. She ended up having only one chemo treatment and within 2 weeks left this world. Although she and I knew that this was always a possibility, we didn’t expect it so soon. Doc had promised us 3 to 6 more months if she started chemo and I was counting on that.

Thus, Joyful Hearts Creation is on hold for a while until I can regroup. We have some other painters that have worked with Lil and I will be calling on them in the near future. I’ve also helped paint some of the peg people, but the painting and assembly of the tombs and manger scenes have always been my main responsibility.

Lil will definitely be missed … in more ways than one. I had no idea how much I depended on her ….. even just little things like remembering the grandkids birthdays by writing them down on her yearly calendar. We are sad, but I know that there is no way she would be saying “I don’t want to be here in heaven. I want to go back to being married to Bill”.

There’s no marriage in heaven. If I want my mansion to be close to her mansion, I’ve got to up my game. Her’s will be so much closer to the throne of God.
